OTP File Format Specifications
A otp file comprises of a collection of files that are contained inside a ZIP archive. The contents of a OpenTechPack archive can be viewed by unzipping its contents. The collection contains a list of files that are categorized as:

MetaData Files - contains information about other files available in the archive
Data Documents - contains the data relating to the garment

Opinion: I suggest we store table data in a richer format like Microsoft Excel. This will allow users to add embellishments like font colours, clear table headings and additional sheets. I get that a CSV file is quickly processed and can also be loaded into excel. Most users will likely use a spreadsheet program to modify and create this type of data (BOM, BOL etc.)
