[Banner] Change the banner to the currently used design

Describe the bug

The banner currently consists of the text "O solutie Commit Global. Află mai multe".

The text needs to have a diacritic, so solutie -> soluție.
The "Află mai multe" text should be removed, and the link added to the logo and text.
