what text should be used for hours that are not explicitly open/close binary (currently "Unsure")?

We talked about this a bit at the last hack night I was at and we still didn't really come away with any good language. David Lee and I joked that "It's Complicated" à la facebook would really hit the nail on the head...:)

"Unsure" is fine as a placeholder but it implies that the information is unknown rather than that it's difficult to convey.

Is this a short-term "we don't know if we have enough beds," or a longer term "we don't have an official open/close time?"

"Unsure" is shown when the Days field contains "unspecified". So it is closer to "Don't know" rather than "It's complicated". See #13 for the rules @davidlago used to parse the Days field.

I'd like to edit the hours for 24-hour hotlines in the spreadsheet so that they're just always open instead of "unspecified". Would this be the correct syntax for the app to know to return it as always green?:

Monday 0001-2400;Tuesday 0001-2400;Wednesday 0001-2400;Thursday 0001-2400;Friday 0001-2400;Saturday 0001-2400;Sunday 0001-2400

You don't need to put in the hours. If you just give a day with no hours it will be listed as open all day. So
Monday;Tuesday;Wednesday;Thursday;Friday;Saturday;Sunday
will make it be open all the time.
