localStorage) with an "I Understand" dismiss button
- Brief, plain-language text explaining:
- PDX Hub is an informational tool, not an emergency service. Do not use it to make emergency decisions.
- Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Always rely on official sources (911, emergency services) in an emergency.
- PDX Hub is not affiliated with the City of Portland, PortlandMaps, TriMet, ODOT, or any other government entity.
