Default upload to temp space

Many a times, the user might upload an asset but won't end up saving the original form where the asset was uploaded from. 

This results in orphaned uploads which the user cannot see or track. An example of this is, a user uploads a photo to the CourseLit text editor only to delete it afterwards. This is an orphaned image.
