Backend updates requirements

There are some changes as per the new design:

Signup:

• Updates:
  • Full name --> First name and Last name
• Inputs removed:
  • Faculty
  • Team size
  • Project Description
  • SSH Key

Deploy:

• Updates:
  • Handle adding region in the deploy request
  • List regions end point
  • Update the availability of the machine name / error message

Account

• Updates:
  • Allow user to delete his account
