🐞 [Bug]: status bot doesn't update timezone when changed

Description

• After the timezone change in Cairo recently (from +0200 EEST to +0300 EEST), the bot is no longer running in Cairo timezone and still running with the old time zone.

Solution:

• Update the bot to adjust to timezone changes for the running time zone.
