Issue: CSV Export Plugin cannot export report when there is # (hash) sign in Message column/field

In current release of CSV export plugin i.e. 0.4.2, if there is a # (hash) sign in Message column/field then CSV is partially exported.
E.g. we have issue with message description "#define used". All fields Creation Date, Update Date, Rule, Status, Severity, File, Line data is exported to CSV except Message field. After this message, CSV is unable to export remaining issues and CSV is partially exported.
