unable to import due to numpy versioning?

After a new install in a fresh mamba environment import episcanpy fails apparently for trying to import NaN from numpy.

Following worked for me:

conda create -n episcanpy python=3.9 -y
conda activate episcanpy
pip install episcanpy
pip install --force-reinstall \
  numpy==1.23.5 \
  scipy==1.9.3 \
  scikit-learn==1.1.3 \
  scanpy==1.9.3

And then import using import episcanpy as epi.
