Low Memory on 3X #36791

Describe the bug
Driving home for 15-20 minutes and my comma 3X on the latest release gave me a Low Memory error. I rebooting while driving and was able to resume Openpilot as normal.
Car: 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback
