Add rewriting of Location header

When creating a resource, a proxied response with a status code 201 or 202 can contain a location header with the absolute url of the new resource. This url points to the proxied server and clients that use the location header will then bypass ramble.

Ramble should replace the absolute url to the resource with an absolute url pointing back to itself.
