Enhanced VC options and UI tweak suggestions

Allow deafening, as well as universal muting and deafening. Potentially allow muting notifications too, with a DND status.

Have clicking profile bar open profile, with the settings nested within (and remove profile options from there, as they were in the previous menu). Have profile switcher in place of current settings icon, as well as audio muting settings next to it.

Seconding this, I was previously muting notification sounds without disabling unread notifications by muting the program in OS sound settings, but unfortunately this also mutes all audio from calls. I would love a separate option to maintain unread badges on rooms with notifications off or to mute notification sounds without turning notifications off.
