Automate jetbrains ide installation + settings sync #149
Description
Currently we just install jetbrains toolbox. Ideally we'd like to also install the IDEs from it we also use.

(this seems to be just the binaries of the IDEs which are installed. If you go to ~/.local/share/JetBrains/Toolbox/bin there is a toolbox binary, but its unclear how to use this to install ides.
Along with this, we'd like to have the settings sync plugin installed, which should sync the settings with the jetbrains account, across ides, and systems.
