Can't login

Every time I try to log in I get a Something went wrong error and it tells me to try again. How can I fix it?

having exactly same problem. I cannot get verif link as it says "The request could not be submitted. Try again" in russian. Also connected login through gmail and it said "something went wrong, try again" So there's no way to login, idk what to do
