[Feature]: Change default vim shortcut for command oil-code.openCwd to something else

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I find '_' to be a really inconvenient hotkey using a vim extension and editing the oil buffer, since it happens to be used to go the first character in the line.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would change the default to something else, maybe a combination of keys, such as Alt + Shift + '_'.
Naturally, the user may change the binding themself, but given the extension makes a point of integrating with existing vim extensions, I would just change the default.

Interesting. I went with this keybind to follow oil.nvim's defaults https://github.com/stevearc/oil.nvim/blob/919e155fdf38e9148cdb5304faaaf53c20d703ea/lua/oil/config.lua#L70

I don't think I've run into this problem because I use ^ to go to the beginning of the line but after doing a little searching it does look like _ is preferred by some.

As a side note, when using oil their are hidden characters at the beginning of the line so I don't think you would get different behavior from _, ^, or 0 as when you try to access the hidden characters the cursor is adjusted back.

I can see how this would be a frustrating default so I will have to think on this one and see if I can come up with a good balance between mirroring oil.nvim and providing the best defaults. 🤔

The good news is that the suggested keybind of Alt + Shift + '-' is already the non vim fallback https://github.com/corwinm/oil.code/blob/main/package.json#L85 and works if you do or don't have one of the supported vim extensions.

I don't personally use the _ keybind for openCwd very often so I could see removing it as the default and providing instructions or a setting to add it back if desired.

I created #50 and while this gives an easy way to opt out of the keybind, it doesn't change the default. I think this is probably the best option to stay aligned with oil.nvim but give an easy way to disable the feature. Let me know what you think!
