ACS Crystals naming scheme

Confirm the naming scheme for ACS crystals in mass model and DEE. Currently the ACS energy calibration file names detectors and crystals starting from 1 but some mass models have ACS detectors starting from 0.

Yes, at some point the naming of the BGO was changed and I introduced the change in the Nuclearizer shield DEE. The EM mass model kept the old naming and this mismatch caused an issue (thanks Parshad for finding this). I did a pull request to change the naming back to the old BGO_X0_0.
