Integration with cloud based storage clients

I think It'll be great idea to add support for cloud storage like AWS S3 bucket, Azure Blob Storage etc. for storing files, assets, and other binary data. I propose adding an abstraction layer for object storage that would provide some capabilities like file uploads, deletions, list, URL access to blob. This would improve scalability and make the framework extensible to additional storage providers.

For example Azure has official implementation of blob storage client in Rust that can be used to integrate with cot.rs
