<p>Associate Prof. (HDR) at <a href="https://www.irimas.uha.fr/"> IRIMAS</a>, <a href="https://www.uha.fr/"> Université de Haute-Alsace</a> since 2018.</p>
<p> Previously (2017-18), I was in post-doc in the <a href = "https://team.inria.fr/mokaplan/">Mokaplan team</a> in collaboration with the <a href = "https://www.lmd.ipsl.fr/">LMD</a>.
<br>Even before that (2014-17) I prepared my PhD at ICube (<a href="https://images.icube.unistra.fr/">Image team </a>) in collab. with the <a href = "https://cral.univ-lyon1.fr/">CRAL</a>.

<li> We uploaded a <a href="https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.64898/2026.03.20.713180v1"> preprint </a> about the morphology of grapevine wood together with a <a href="https://zenodo.org/records/18850060">4771-image database</a> and the image processing <a href="https://github.com/courbot/vineside">code</a>.</li>
<li> We recently uploaded a preprint about the sampling of Markov random Fields ! See <a href="https://arxiv.org/abs/2511.02373">here</a>.</li>
<li> With <a href="https://pthouvenin.github.io/">Pierre-Antoine Thouvenin</a>, we will host a GDR IASIS thematic day on <it>Bayesian inference for inverse problems</it>, the <b> 11th of June 2026 </b>.
