Unable to Install on R 4.3

Hi,

I came across your paper and tried to install this package for working with my data. However, I am unable to install via CRAN or conda, and it raises an error: "package 'bisquerna' is not available". When I try to install from a tarball, it raises the "package ‘limSolve’ is not available for this version of R".

I am running RStudio on R 4.3.1

Hi @MuraliAadhityaMS, thanks for the heads up. I'll look into this to see if I can replace the limSolve dependency and get the package back on CRAN. In the meantime, if you'd like to still use the tool, you'll have to install from the github repo as described in the README

Just tested replacing the limSolve package with lsei and noticed that estimated proportions can be different in some (rare) cases. With that in mind, I'd prefer to keep limSolve. You can install limSolve with devtools as follows: devtools::install_version("limSolve", version="1.5.7"). Note that you don't need to downgrade your version of R as I mentioned before.

I also noticed that the limSolve Github repo was updated yesterday, so it might be back on CRAN soon and allow Bisque to return to CRAN as well. Keeping this issue open until limSolve's status on CRAN is finalized.
