migration to mamba

mamba + conda-forge로 migration진행.

새로운 경로로 설치 진행.

동의 등등 진행 후 로그아웃, 로그인

which conda
/store/sw/miniconda3/bin/conda

로 경로 바뀜 확인.

conda-forge채널 추가하고 priority 변경

conda activate
conda config --add channels conda-forge
conda config --set channel_priority strict

베이스 환경에 mamba설치 (동의 등등 진행)

conda install -n base -c conda-forge mamba
mamba udpate

공용 환경 세팅 완료.

conda create -n hep2026.01 -c conda-forge
conda activate hep2026.01

mamba install python=3.11 root numpy pandas dask distributed uproot awkward hist boost-histogram dask-jobqueue bokeh matplotlib scipy iminuit mpi4py psutil cppyy coffea numba h5py pyyaml jupyterlab ipykernel
mamba install sysroot_linux-64 compilers cmake make

패키지 추가

mamba install ninja libxcrypt xerces-c qt-main pkg-config clhep expat

ssh나 git pull할때 openssl 버전 불일치 문제가 있었음.

openssl을 시스템 버전과 일치하도록 다운그레이드함.

mamba install openssl=3.0 -c conda-forge

openssl 을 고정하면서 root 가 uninstall되어서 root도 재설치.

mamba install root openssl=3.0

[jhgoh]

root 실제 사용시 라이브러리가 꼬여서 전체 삭제하고 재설치.

mamba remove --all
mamba install root openssl=3.0
mamba install root openssl=3.0 uproot coffea dask distributed dask-jobqueue jupyter numba ipykernel h5py
