add the contents of the error value to the ERROR_CONTENT dictionary

Hello, I am cpyberry.
If you happen to have a free moment, I'd be very glad if you could give me your opinion.

The ERROR_CONTENT dictionary in winsock_error.hpp contains the error value and its contents.
However, the amount is so large that I haven't been able to add everything.

Anyone can easily contribute by simply adding the error value and content.
