docs: README Local Deployment Instructions Broken & Invalid URLs Present

The current README.md has the following issues:

• The Docker-based local deployment code does not work as expected.
• One or more URLs in the README are invalid or lead to inaccessible pages.

Suggested Fixes:

• Fix the Docker deployment instructions to ensure the app runs locally.
• Verify and correct any invalid URLs.
• Consider adding missing environment setup or configuration steps.
