Detect bow numbers in video

Some options

• Detect bow numbers seen in image
• When right clicking, compare detected bow number on same y axis position. If different, give user the option to choose the detected number.
• If bow number is '?' from clickers, show the detected bow number as proposed number if its on the same y axis line
• Search a second or two of prior (crew) or future (canoe kayak) video for a bow number in background and show them on the edge of screen. Not all frames need to be checked. e.g. every 0.5 sec or maybe only every second.
