Description
Compiling the document yields a 'pdfTeX warning (dest): name{Hfootnote.1} has been referenced but does not exist, replaced by a fixed one' message.
This seems to be caused by not including the hyperref package as the last (or at least after some other package).
Moving the hyperref package to the end inclusion list, breaks the compile, as the \tableofcontents command (included in a \AtBeginDocument document hook) requires hyperlinks.
