Event-Page: Field "Feedback" Front-end functionality

On the Page "Event" when Event_status is finished, must appear input field Feedback to add some text.
When feedback is complete, it would be saved to DB. (Button SUBMIT)
After unput field would be shown other feedback fot this Event.
