Currently to announce updates or changes to the platform the staff needs to pass by third party services like Discord or forums.

Creating a blog will allow CubeIndex to make announcements on its own platform instead of relying on other tools.

Send announcements by emails but Brevos free tier allows only 200 of them to be sent each month.
