docs: document Home Assistant buttons, fix Pi build guidance Configuration.md had no coverage of the HA button features at all, including state_entity. Adds stateful toggles, sensor value buttons (label_entity, precision, thresholds), folders with an active count, and colour guidance. Installation.md recommended cross, which fails from an Apple Silicon host (amd64-only images) and links a glibc too new for Debian Bookworm. Replaced with the container build plus the glibc and artifact-verification traps.
