NSSI [NERVE]: Submit selected text only for entity recognition.

Add the possibility to submit just a portion of the text for entity recognition on NSSI [NERVE]

Expected Behaviour

If a portion of the text is selected, submit just the selected portion to NSSI.
If there is no selection, submit the whole document.

• Should CWRC-WRITER ask the user if they want to submit the whole text even if there is a text selected?

Current Behaviour

The only option to submit the whole document.
