Feature for `meeting add` is not optimized for users

It is compulsory for users to manually key in all participants for a meeting. This would be extremely inconvenient for users if there are multiple participants in that are required to join the meeting. Perhaps would be better for the programme to automatically add all contacts in a module to the meeting to prevent users from having to key in all participants of a module if everyone is required to attend the meeting.

If users wish to only add in certain participants, then allow for adding of specific participants to join the meeting.

Although this is a good feature to have and does cause some inconvenience to users, it is certainly not a compulsory feature to include. Additionally, we have an autocomplete function to help speed up this process.

Reason for disagreement: The product is supposed to be optimized for fast typers. In this case, I believe that it will cause inconvenience for users if they have many contacts in the same module and will greatly affect the usability of this product. If there are 50 contacts from a module joining the same meeting, it would mean that users have to manually key in all 50 contacts again even though they have already been entered previously. The need for users to key in duplicate entries would mean that it is not optimized for the target users.

Reason for disagreement: This feature will most certainly cause inconvenience to users who have a lot of contacts joining the same meeting. While users are still able to continue using the product, this is a feature flaw that should have been considered so that the product is optimized for fast typists.
