No error message displayed when adding duplicate tags

When a user attempts to add duplicate tags, there is no error message to inform user that the tag already exist with the contact name.

For instance, if Mary Doe already contains tag classmate, attempting to add tag classmate again does not display any error message.

Accepted as this was not intended. However, I believe this does not affect functionality as the contact will be the same, so it would be more of a cosmetic bug.

Reason for disagreement: Cosmetic bugs refers to typo/spacing/layout/color/font issues. In this case, I believe that the programme is supposed to show a failure message or error message and the intended behavior of the programme is not correct.
