most future proof version of cybercommons?

I am trying to upgrade ecopad and want to use the most recent version of cybercommons.
My guess is that this would be https://github.com/mbstacy/cybercommons.
Is this correct?
(I would also like to open an issue there since I can not make it beyond the make init step in the installation due to a database issue. But issues are disabled for the more recent forks (especially for the above https://github.com/mbstacy/cybercommons.)
Can you please enable them, so that I can put the error description where it belongs.)
