Release newer version 1.0.2

We have updated some dependencies to fix security vulnerabilities, but the latest available version is still 1.0.1 which is 7 years out of date. Can we release a newer version with content of master branch?

eg here https://github.com/cyclopsgroup/jcli/tree/v1.0.1 still 1.0.1

For example guava version on main branch is 30+ but guava version on 1.0.1 is still 27 which has security vulnerabilities.
