Custom fonts not getting applied in Epub Reader/Kindle Previewer

we are facing the issue to embed custom fonts. fonts getting embedded but failing to apply font styles in any epub reader or Kindle Previewer.

If any one can suggest why fonts failing to apply it would be help for us.
