Can't read new MHW .user files

I'm using the .dll to make a mod. It used to work for previous updates, but now reading the updated user files I get an error:

Unhandled exception. System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. (Parameter 'index')

It doesn't work in the GUI either. I've attached the files I used - user file is in stages/

Would be great to have this fixed so I can use my mod for the new update. Thanks a lot for your work!
