Construct canonical affinoid rigid spaces and atlases

Goal

Construct rigid affinoid spaces from strict affinoid algebras, including the admissible rational basis, structure sheaf, global sections, maximal-spectrum points, open restrictions, and functoriality.

Dependencies

This should build on the rigid-space core (#22), rational restriction maps (#19), and Tate acyclicity (#20).
