Make "Submit community link" more accessible on Android tablets.

Please, make "Submit community link" more accessible on Android tablets. Today to submit a Community pick link on an Android tablet you have to:

1. Click Profile on left bar.
2. On the new screen press cog icon in top-left corner, it opens a new left bar
3. You select Community pick option in that new bar.

It would be nice to have community picks directly on main left bar - or at least as a sub-menu to the "+" button on it (as it works on a phone version, in bottom bar).

Also - it would be nice to register "Add as Daily.Dev community pick" in Android's "Send to/Share" subsystem.
