Make the MAUI desktop app work in Mac OS

The MAUI app is quite simple and it should be possible to use it on Mac OS.

We need to

1. Make it work with ollama and QDrant running on the local machine in docker compose.
2. Make the CLI and import scripts work on both operating systems.
3. Port the "open the pdf on the matching page in chrome"-feature.
4. Add some documentation

Without breaking the native windows experience of course 🙃

Until I get my hands on a mac, this one is up for grabs!
