Add SSL Support

Adding SSL Support might be required at some point in the future

Things we need to consider:

• certificates provided by organisation or registered manually by user
• autogenerating https://letsencrypt.org/ certificates (https://letsencrypt.org/docs/client-options/)

I would appreciate any comments as to if this is a desirable feature or not?

After a bit of investigation I'm thinking to just have the option off by default but if a certificate is provided then it can be switched to https.

I'm busy with rfswarm features at the moment so i'll leave this till I have finished all the planned features for rfswarm unless someone posts here that they want this feature. given no comments in over 3 months this can't be a high priority for now.
