[ovn-multinode] It cannot compile stuff completely

By vagrant up in ovn-multinode directory, it stuck here:

  worker1:   CCLD     ic/ovn-ic
  central:   CCLD     utilities/ovn-ic-nbctl
  central:   CCLD     utilities/ovn-ic-sbctl
  worker1:   CCLD     tests/ovstest
  central:   CCLD     utilities/ovn-trace
  central:   CCLD     utilities/ovn-appctl
  central:   CCLD     controller/ovn-controller
  central:   CCLD     controller-vtep/ovn-controller-vtep

and does not come back to the shell prompt as a message of finishing the task of up-ing those 3 machines!

Host OS: Ubuntu 22.04
Vagrant version: 2.2.19

Then I should Ctrl+C which this would be the status:
