You can dynamically update the node color by using node.color. For this, you need to create a React.useEffect function and which iterates through each node from data.nodes or nodes then bind the color based on your requirement.

You can refer to the below snippet. If you want to apply for links, you can do it the same way.

Thank you for the response.
But my requirement was to show the same colored items together.
In my case, all the nodes will have the same source as shown in the picture. For each node, color is assigned based on the node's category and that color is prefixed for each category. Currently, the nodes are shattered, I need to show the same category nodes(same colored nodes) together.
Lets a say root node is school and teachers are shown in one color, students are in another color and office-staff in another color. Need to show teacher nodes together, student nodes together and office-staff together. Color for each category is prefixed.
Is there any way to show it
