Links hover on light theme

Hi, i am not sure if this is intentional, but on your portfolio site when you hover a link in light theme, link color changes to white. That makes links very hard to read.
Links to check: "Spotlight Media" in About part, and email link in Contact part.

Also, i know this is not the right place for this question, but i am partially using your profileme-dev for my github readme. Should i put some license there? If yes, how should i do it?
