Can not deselect tag

Describe the bug
When you enter an expense you can tap one of suggested tags, there is no option to undo the action. On tapping on the selected tag it is suggested to rename the whole tag category instead of entering new or removing selected one

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enter an expense with some tag
2. Click on confirm expense
3. The new recent tag will appear
4. Start entering new expense
5. Tap on recent tag
6. There is no option to undo the action or delete the selected tag

Hi! If possible, I would like to work on this issue. My idea would be to allow the tag to be deselected once it has been set. Additionally, the rename option could be triggered by holding down the tag. If you would prefer a different approach, please let me know.
