Cleanup translations & improve typing

Remove unused translations from i18n files and reorder them to be easier to reason about

Got type interference working for translation functions now, but they don't emit an error if the key is wrong. See intlify/vue-i18n#1116 (comment) for a proposed solution and a possible workaround.
