Steps to Reproduce the Problem
Bring an AKS cluster up using the AKS template as documented in README.md
Expected Behavior
Heading to the AKS cluster in Azure portal, clicking in "Monitoring / Logs" in the left pane, you should be able to perform KQL queries against the cluster.
Actual Behavior
It complains that monitoring isn't enabled -- what isn't entirely true as we have Prometheus and Grafana enabled. So... what gives?
