The current, expected, and functional interface of fitseq allows the specification of timepoints as a string argument on the commandline.
This interface is flexible, easy to specify, and compatible with combinatorial shell pipelines with less chance of file cruft and collisions.
Adding the specification of timepoints as a separate file can be a separate argument, wherein either argument is
required or the argument specifications is printed.
This file should probably just be a text file
