Clarify compatibility with CKAN 2.10

CKAN 2.10 dropped repoze.who for Flask-Login [1][2], which means the middleware plugins listed in who.ini ever used. From #65, I thought this plugin was fully compatible with 2.10. Can you clarify the status, perhaps in the README?

This extension has been tested against a 2.10.4 CKAN installation, both manually and with an automated test suite. It's possible that any remaining dependency on repoze.who and/or config can be removed, but that hasn't been implemented or tested as yet. Have you encountered issues using the extension in a 2.10.x install?

I do see what you mean with the README however, it has not been updated to reflect the 2.10 compat. I'd need to do further testing to ensure that the current version is fully compatible for both 2.9 and 2.10, and then update the README to make it clear that the who.ini changes are only needed for 2.9
