Add Genie Space resource support to Databricks asset bundles

I use DABs extensively to deploy resources into workspaces and manage CI/CD. My company has started exploring Genie Spaces and how to properly develop with them. There doesn't seem to be a direct way to perform CI/CD for Genie Spaces and this would be a lot easier if they were added as supported resources for DAB. At the moment, I am stuck copying Genie Spaces from our development workspace to our staging and eventually production workspaces.

This is a known limitation and is blocked until there is a public API available for Genie.

We would also really like this feature. I assume you are waiting for a create method in the Genie API. Is there any timeline on when this will be available or if it is ongoing work?

any news on this? we will have to roll out the first genie spaces into production environments very soon.

This remains blocked on a public API being available. The Genie team is aware of the importance of API/DABs support.
