Tunnels don't work the next day

Created tunnels last night and they worked. This morning they didn't. Tried toggling them off and back on.

curl never returns. Safari tells me upstream request timeout. Seems like the connection died or went to sleep and didn't wake back up.

@drewr I think this is because the auth refresh isn't working as expected so when it expires the local proxy doesn't know what to allow (as expected). We'll need to investigate why refresh isn't refreshing

This has been better, actually. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be better, but I haven't had this issue in the last couple of days and I've been through several app restarts and network changes.

Seems like the tunnel machinery is stable. I just get logged out and have to reconnect every day. That shouldn't happen. However, that's not the subject of this issue.

Actually this is still pretty relevant. It doesn't matter why they don't work. Problem statement is the same.

Then I can't log in. It's trying to create an account.

@drewr I just merged a fix for the auth refresh so you wont have to daily log out and back in (it will auto log you out). This is a temporary work around until we figure out why the refresh token flow isn't working
