Server feature?

I'm wondering if a server feature is planned like in the C++ version of snap7?

I don't think it will, since there are many open source options out there like HiveMQ or EMQX. That's said you still need to keep in mind that those types of solutions are backend by a "private" tech company. So they can change they licensing model anytime they want.
