Add compatibility tests

To make sure the behavior of the methods are the same as rxjs create specific test files and compare results.

Proposal is:

• to add rxjs in devDependencies
• to create a separate test file with the following naming {operator}.compat.spec.ts
• those spec files should compare streams made by rxjs and basol
• consider if marble testing is possible
